The story begins in Brooklyn New York and spans four decades. Issues of mental illness nibbles at her heels. The eerie voice from nowhere speaks only to Violet Pearl. Why won’t it leave her alone? Tensions, frustrations, and temptations and emotional issues begin to mount into her adult life. She’s an out success but an inward failure. Violet’s miserably depressed when the lingering darkness of night settles around her.
